How to Configure the Options of StaffCounter PRO for Android
- In newer versions, ALL monitoring settings are managed on the server side. Any options changed locally on the phone (except the connection address) will be overwritten by the server settings. To change settings, log in to your account on the StaffCounter server and go to the Settings page. Select the desired department from the list. Settings apply to the entire department. After enabling or disabling options, click Save Settings and restart the phone or computer. If not restarted, the new configuration will be applied within one hour.
- To access the StaffCounter PRO control panel locally, dial *123456#.
- To view the settings, press the hardware menu button or open the menu within the StaffCounter PRO application.
- If you want to connect the monitoring app to another StaffCounter account or to a different existing virtual device in your account, click the Change button and enter the email address or device ID in the user account email field. Then click Connect (Test Connection).
