Accounts Menu

This section displays the three available subscription types.
For each type, you can configure:

– The maximum number of connected devices
– The amount of data storage time
– The disk quota per device

Why are different subscription types needed on a local server?
The performance of the local server depends on its processor power and available disk space. Therefore, it’s important to allocate these resources efficiently across users.

For example:

– Some departments may upload a large number of screenshots and require more disk space.
– Others may need longer data retention periods rather than storage volume.

You can edit each subscription type by changing its name, number of supported devices, and data retention duration.

One of the subscription types is set as the default. This means every newly created user will automatically be assigned to that type unless specified otherwise.
