What to do if you accidentally removed a virtual device
If a device has been deleted from your dashboard, it cannot be restored directly. However, the StaffCounter application will continue to work on the target computer or phone.
To reconnect the device:
- Launch the StaffCounter application on the target phone or computer.
- Open its options.
- Connect to the server and enter your email address in the “User Account” field.
- The device will then reappear in your dashboard.
