What to do if you accidentally removed a virtual device

If a device has been deleted from your dashboard, it cannot be restored directly. However, the StaffCounter application will continue to work on the target computer or phone.

To reconnect the device:

  1. Launch the StaffCounter application on the target phone or computer.
  2. Open its options.
  3. Connect to the server and enter your email address in the “User Account” field.
  4. The device will then reappear in your dashboard.
