How to send a troubleshooting log
1. Click the StaffCounter icon in the menu bar and select Report a Problem. The troubleshooting log will be sent directly to the support team.
Log in to your account at data.staffcounter.net and navigate to the Support page. Use the contact form to provide a detailed description of the issue.
2. Alternatively, launch the Finder application and open the Applications folder. Right-click the StaffCounter app and select Show Package Contents. Navigate to Contents → Resources → Logs. Send the Internal.log file to the support team via email.
