Email Reports with Employee Activity Summaries
Reports for Departments
To receive these reports, go to your account settings and enable the option to receive daily, weekly, and monthly reports by email.
Each report includes the following sections:
– Total working hours for each department
– Employee productivity
– Most used apps and websites
– Employee discipline summary
Total Working Hours by Department
This table shows the total working hours of each department for the selected reporting period (daily, weekly, or monthly), including:
– Number of working days per employee
– Total time worked, with a breakdown by category (productive, neutral, unproductive, uncategorized)
– Average daily working time per employee
Employee Productivity
This table includes:
– The top 5 most used applications by each employee (name and time spent)
– The total number of characters typed during the reporting period
– Characters typed per application
Most Used Apps and Websites
This section lists frequently used apps and websites, grouped by category, showing the time spent in each:
– Productive
– Neutral
– Unproductive
– Uncategorized
Employee Discipline Summary
Displays the total time of late arrivals and overtime per employee for the selected period.
Reports for Individual Devices
This report is generated from each user’s log data and sent to the manager by email.
This report shows which websites employees visited and what search queries they entered during the reporting period.
The report includes:
– A ranking table of visited websites, listing all accessed sites with total visit time and number of visits
– A table of search queries with the number of times each query was entered
This report provides information about which applications or programs employees used during the reporting period.
The report includes:
– A list of all applications used
– Total time spent in each application
– The number of times each application was launched
