A new type of analytics has been added to StaffCounter – employee rating. Now you can review top employees with discipline or productivity performance issues. This analytics may help you detect outliers that often don’t fit the management templates.
In the Reports menu, choose the Employee rating.
In this chart at the top, employees who have a more productive time. You can choose non-productive apps, neutral, and pauses instead.
If you have many employees in the department, you can choose the top 10 and top 5 or all of them.
