Automatic alerts for violations

If any employee’s share of unproductive or neutral applications is over 50% of the day, at the end of the respective working day a notification of this will be automatically sent to the manager by e-mail.

When employees begin to use a new application that has not yet been assigned to any category, and their use of this application makes up over 50% of their time, managers will also receive a notification. This means that it’s time to examine this new application and determine whether it is useful for the job or, on the contrary, harmful to productivity.

Another notification is sent automatically whenever a new employee is added, as well as in the event that an employee hasn’t shown up.

To configure this option, open the Settings page, tick the Productivity alerts box, and specify the manager’s e-mail address.
