How can I view the results of monitoring?

To review the monitoring data, simply log in to your StaffCounter account at data.staffcounter.net. Once logged in, navigate to the Employees page. Here, you’ll find a clear list of all connected devices, alongside an initial overview of their productivity. To drill down into specific activity, click on any device name. This action will direct you to the Log page, where you can generate detailed activity reports. You have the flexibility to view data for various periods, including today, yesterday, this week, last week, or even the entire last month.

On the right side of the Log page, you’ll find the Analytics table. This powerful section offers direct links to granular details, providing a comprehensive understanding of your team’s digital footprint:

  • Screenshots: Visual records of user activity for quick insights.
  • Text Statistics: Detailed analysis of typed text, offering context to communications and tasks.
  • Web Applications: A comprehensive breakdown of websites visited and applications used, helping you understand resource allocation and engagement.
  • Daily Usage: A summary of overall activity duration, indicating active work time.
  • For mobile devices, additional, specific sections are available:
    • Calls: Logs of inbound and outbound phone calls.
    • Messages: Records of sent and received messages for comprehensive communication oversight.
    • Maps: Location tracking data for mobile workforce management.

Below the Analytics table, you’ll discover convenient tools to manage and export your monitoring data:

  • A direct link to create a backup for the selected device’s data, ensuring your records are secure.
  • An option to copy the results of the current report to an Excel file, allowing for easy integration into your existing analysis workflows or for long-term record-keeping.
  • A specific link to configure and receive mail reports for this device, ensuring you get timely updates directly to your inbox without needing to log in manually.
