How can I set productivity values for various activities?

On the StaffCounter website, navigate to Settings > Categories to define which activities are considered productive, unproductive, or neutral for your business.

By assigning productivity values to specific applications and websites, you can generate insightful reports that show what your team is working on and how effectively they are spending their time.

Note: These settings apply only to activity recorded after the categorization. All usage data collected before assigning a productivity value will remain in the neutral category.
