How to Collect Troubleshooting Data
If you experience any issues with the StaffCounter application, please provide the troubleshooting logs:
1) C:\Program Files (x86)\StaffCounter\report-***.txt
2) C:\ProgramData\StaffCounter\report-****.txt
(or C:\Users\All Users\StaffCounter\report-***.txt on older Windows versions)
Alternatively, right-click the StaffCounter icon in the system tray, then select Report Problem.
This will generate a diagnostic log and send it to the server under the device’s data folder.
You can later download it along with the full backup from your account at data.staffcounter.net.
