How to report a problem

To report an issue with StaffCounter, you can send us the troubleshooting log files using the following command in the terminal:

staffcounter -l

Alternatively, you can manually collect all log files from the user’s home directory:
~/.local/share/Rohos/staffcounter

After collecting the logs, please describe the issue in detail and send them to our support team via the contact form or through the Report a Problem option in the application.
