Connect the virtual Linux machine through ssh/sftp. Find the following folders:
/var/www/client/jobs/logs/
/var/www/client/var/log/
Copy all files onto the local computer and then zip them.
Send the archive file to help@staffcounter.net. Explain in detail the problem.
