For users with a paid subscription, the StaffCounter server provides access to detailed device usage reports generated by analyzing data collected from monitoring agents installed on employees’ computers and mobile devices.

Where to Find Reports

Reports are available from the main menu of the admin dashboard under the “Reports” section.

What Are Reports

Reports are aggregated, structured data automatically processed by the server as it receives updates from the agent. These reports allow administrators to:

  • analyze employees’ work activity,

  • identify productivity trends and policy violations,

  • Evaluate the use of software, websites, and work hours.

For deeper analysis, built-in filters allow narrowing reports down to a specific device or custom period.
