Audio recordings

If the agent is configured so that it records through the microphone, then files with audio recordings will come, and they can be viewed and listened to on a separate page.

Using the filter, you can set the start date and end date of the viewing period.

For each audio file, you can get the following data:
– The start time of the audio recording;
– Duration of audio recording;
– Listen to the audio recording.
