StaffCounter Pauses: Empowering Employees to Control Monitoring for Breaks and Privacy

Our monitoring system allows employees to pause monitoring. This feature enables short breaks for personal activities or rest without the system detecting user actions. Time spent in these pauses is excluded from productivity calculations.

To enable this option, activate pause functionality for the relevant department in General Settings (the tray icon must also be enabled):

To temporarily suspend monitoring, the user should click the tray icon and select a menu option or use a button within the program window, depending on the operating system.
