Automatic Alerts for Security and Policy Violations

If an employee’s usage of unproductive or neutral applications exceeds 50% of their working day, an automatic notification will be sent to the manager via email at the end of that day.

When employees begin using a new application that has not yet been categorized, and usage of this application accounts for more than 50% of their time, a notification will also be sent. This helps managers evaluate whether the new application contributes to the job or negatively impacts productivity.

Another type of alert is triggered when a new employee is added, or if an employee fails to appear at work.

To enable this feature, go to the Settings page, check the Productivity Alerts option, and enter the manager’s email address.
