Since this summer, for StaffCounter to function properly, it is necessary to add not only the StaffCounter working folder to the Windows Security exclusion list but also each application within that folder. These applications have an .exe extension. If the employee’s computer is not set up to display file extensions, you can display the folder as a table and sort it by file type.
In addition to the applications, any dynamic library files (.dll) must also be added to the exclusion list.
